All three books are available on Lulu - a print-on-demand service that allows anyone to publish their work without having to pay anything up-front or carry any stock.
Advantages
- The books are cheaper
- You get the most up-to-date version of each book, including all the errata
- The overseas shipping is cheaper (ie: outside of the UK)
Disadvantages
- The books are not full colour inside
- The print and paper quality is not glossy
- The covers lack pictures, inside and out
