The dates for the Grimsby 2019 Cold War Commander weekend will be Friday October 11th - Sunday October 13th. Further details will be posted after the Christmas break.

Count me in please. You never know, if I start painting now I might even be ready for this one...

It wouldn't be the same without you pulling an all nighter the day before

As much as it entertains me to see the after-effects of Andy T's bold assertions that each year he vows that he will have everything painted up weeks in advance only to be up the night before and getting about 2 hours sleep, I shall have to give Grimsby'19 a miss. However, I'm all in for Crisis Point.

We might try and run part of the game down at Slimbridge on the same weekend - if the skittle alley is free - as I (like Al) am not up for another bus-replacement service journey back like last year. Much as I enjoy the company and the great venue.

So I will investigate the Tudor Arms availability and see who we can drum up down here - maybe me, Al and possibly Rodger.

I have a Soviet Tank Division ready to roll and a West German Brigade in the works. Most likely I would go with the Soviet Division.

Indeed Richard - if I was any good at this technology stuff i'd suggest a live-action web-cam or something similar
