Posted on 06 May 2017 at 09:11:21 GMT Hi, Anybody know which Centurion AVRE is on the H&R and Scotia sites. Looking at getting both the 165mm and 105mm versions. Cheers Richard P |

Posted on 07 May 2017 at 17:06:13 GMT H&R do make a separate mine plough that can be added to a tank, though I've never seen them so don't know if it'll be the right shape. I'm sure the ever helpful Mr Kirk can send you a photo if you ask. |

Posted on 07 May 2017 at 21:51:02 GMT Andy T - they list a mine plough as KMT4 but I think the KMT4 is a set of minerollers. Cheers Richard P |

Posted on 08 May 2017 at 10:07:11 GMT I know that Richard, and you, but try running it past the other half I'm sure she'd be very impressed with the detailed knowledge of tiny dozer blades the real thread is discussing |

Posted on 08 May 2017 at 16:47:34 GMT H&R make both mine roller and mine plow attachments, as well as dozer blade attachments. They are all listed with Accessories. The mine rollers are listed ACC6 PT54 mine rollers. The mine plows are listed as ACC7 KMT-4 mine plows. The dozer blade is listed as ACC8 BTU dozer blade. While these are technically Soviet equipment they can be attached to any tank model. Especially the mine roller and dozer blade. |

Posted on 22 May 2017 at 19:47:00 GMT That Viper trailer is screaming out for a bit of scratch building. I used a large Landrover trailer with a bit of wire for my French AMX-VCI engineers. I can feel a Centurion with similar Viper trailer and a pair of mine ploughs coming on. Good find. Cheers, Andy |

Posted on 22 May 2017 at 19:59:27 GMT I heard a story about the Giant Viper from a friend in the Welsh Guards. Apparently they were exercising against the US Rangers and the Rangers had occupied the buildings either side of a main street. The recce went up, reported on this and an ingenious RE officer suggested using the Viper to clear the street. Apparently the Rangers weren't happy to be declared mostly dead |
