Can you use Thermal Imaging to see through smoke? The rules for Night Fighting state "SL, IR & TI only come into play when using rules for weather or when fighting at night". However, in the same paragraph it says "Additionally, SL and IR will be blocked by smoke screens" (missing out TI).
Does this mean it only works against smoke at night!?

Also, can aircraft attack off-table artillery?

That's obviously battery not bettery (though it does sound much more posh)
