All the ORBATs I've seen listed the West Germans as using Panzerfaust - the modern one obviously. There are no stats for them in the rulebook, so I've just used the stats for the M72 LAW. Doing a bit of research though, it seems that they were a bit better than the LAW, with a range and armour piercing ability more comparable to the RPG7. So I may use the RPG7 stats (and points cost) in future.

Does that seem reasonable?

Have a look in the new lists in the House Rules section by ansbachdragoner I think he has done stats for Panzerfaust Grin
