In german language. But as author is a netherlander there might be an english version.

Very close up view of the opening stage of the Battle of the Bulge at the "Losheimer Gap" sector.

"Buchholz Station at 16th 07.05 am.( Reporting First Lieutanant Neil Brown).
"I looked out of the window and saw soldiers coming along the tracks. Our men were just ready to take their breakfast. I said to sergant Klug: "The first platoon is to early". I know that he had an exect plan when every unit had to arrive to take their meals.
Klug came to my window. "Thats not the first platoon that are germans!" He took his rifle and run out of the door down to the tracks and against the germans. I watched this while phoning with the batallion HQ. Klug stopped about 50-70 yards ahead of the germans and shouted very loud "Halt!" The germans stopped but one gave some orders and Klug shot him down and when run back to the station.
That must be 25-50 enemy soldiers. He coldnĀ“t say it exact as the germans dispered seeking covers at some railwaggons and one was climbing up the watertower."
