Hi,

There's two separate entries in the online BG generator for Hungarian Early War armies. The first is as per the book, but the second is quite different (with different amounts of allowed infantry, guns and tanks!).

Is one for 'standard' Hungarian units, and the other for the Fast/Mobile Corps or similar?

Am a bit confused, and a search of the forums didn't turn anything up... Smile

These two?

Hungarian Army, Balkans/Early Eastern Front (04/41-09/41)

Hungarian Army, Early Eastern Front/Mid Eastern Front/Late Eastern Front (06/42-05/45)

There's five on the Online BG generator -

1/ Hungarian Army, Balkans (1941) - looks like the list from the book.

2/ Hungarian Army, Early Eastern Front (1941-42) - the one from the book.

3/ Hungarian Army, Early Eastern Front (1941-42) - has six Toldi's, no L3/35s & a different allocation of guns & infantry.

Then there's a Hungarian Army, Mid Eastern Front (1943) & a Late Eastern Front (1944-45) but I'm guessing they're just the standard (06/42 etc) onwards split into two to match the Russian list date format...

Ah, those are the two lists from the book - they overlap the conflict dates that's all.

My confusion comes that list 2 & 3 cover the same dates but have different options, even for the same month (eg June 41)...

Ah, just looked at the army list in the book, and I get what you're saying - the last three lists on line are actually all from the later Hungarian list, but just split by early/mid/late so the first of them overlaps the time period covered by the actual early eastern front one.

Confusion sorted Smile
