How would you form one of these division's. I was thinking of 75% infantry, 10% transport, 13% horse drawn, and 2% self-propelled anti-tank guns.

"Armies of the Second World War" has the following 1943-45 organization

Two infantry regiments of three battalions. Each battalion has three infantry companies and a weapons company with an Mg platoon and a 120 mortar platoon. The infantry companies have three infantry platoons and a weapons platoon (MG/light mortar) The infantry is on foot and the weapons transport is horse drawn. regimental HQ command with Kubelwagens and radio trucks. There is also a SMG cavalry platoon with the regimental headquarters for recon. The regiment also has one 7.5cm and one 15cm horse drawn infantry guns, an anti-tank company with four RkPzBch platoons on foot, and an engineer platoon with a horse drawn supply wagon.

The artillery regiment has two battalions of three horse drawn 105s and a battalion of three tractor drawn 88/56 AA guns

There is an engineer battalion of two companies with two engineer platoons with horse drawn wagons.

an anti-aircraft battalion with two batteries of one 2cm and one 88 with trucks and one self propelled battery of two 2cm guns.

a truck drawn anti-tank battalion of three 7.5cm at guns and two 2cm AA guns.

a bicycle mounted Fusiler company with four infantry platoons and a weapons platoon.

Sorry keep forgetting to write name.
Only reason I ask because I saw some pictures in stackpoles German defeat in the East book. And I looked at what extra mini's I have to assembly a(n) Luftwaffe division. Has anybody else played any scenarios with this type of formation.

Depending on if you consider them as good as the "generic German" for C&C etc (and "generic German" is usually the best possible Germans ever for wargames lists...), they might be good to appalling.

Stats-wise they're not great in BKC, but at least they're cheap and you can get a lot of them, and a lot of Flak for dual purpose roles
