Great work Neil. The Z scale figures are not too bad and you can loads for not much money, although why a crowd would be in when war is breaking out. Maybe use it like Blackhawk Down?

Nice stadium for a lower league team. Fencing and guards and you could get a band to play. Hard to model some players from military figures! Cut guns off etc! Heroics do musicians among their ranges? Use it for Escape to Victory?

I've got a bag of architecture model figures thst could be a crowd. But then I'd need two sets of people in their team colours and the whole thing could run away from me! I want to have civvies in the game though so the forces have to deal with them and avoid collateral damage. I'll figure out just how that could affect the progress as I go.
