Guys,

Over the past month I've played four solo games, and I posted them under the CWC Battle Reports tab. For rules, I started with my copy of BKC, then began modifying them to play skirmish-level.

It looks like hell format-wise, but if you head over to my blog, I've posted my rules, "Insurgent Commander."

The four batreps I played (in "Perplakistan,' between French Foreign Legion and Islamist Insurgents) are also there. Here's the blog:

Looks good, sounds like it played well?

Some one in French military intelligence is going to get a pasting for not spotting *actual tanks* being smuggled up to a firebase Grin

Toxicpixie,

"Looks good, sounds like it played well?"
I've been having a great time. Started with the rules in game 1, by the end of game 2 had them where I wanted them

"Some one in French military intelligence is going to get a pasting..."
I wasn't trying to pick on or skyline the French Battalion S-2 (Intel Officer), but had he done a great job and identified the armor threat the scenario wouldn't have been as much fun Wink

I had solicited on TMP for scenario ideas, and one of them was pursuing the defeated enemy armor, who were presumably on the run for the border, and another idea was a Camerone-style last stand. I decided to combine the two, and it worked out great for me.

Has anyone read the rules? Whaddaya think? Any good ideas, any dumb ideas, anything I left out, and ideas on how to do something better? I think a lot of folks have looked at them on the blog, but so far I haven't received any feedback.

I'm not looking for pats on the back, I'm just looking to see if they make sense, if there are any fatal flaws, and for smoother ways to do things.

Thanks for looking.

Jack
