First post on the forum as I wasn't 100% sure where I should put this; either in the Cold War Commander section or the Blitzkrieg Commander section, so instead of posting two topics I decided to link to the galleries themselves.

You still need the rule books as the counters only display the attack/range, country, unit, AT (BKC) or Stabalises and Imagining (CWC), Hit points and Armour Saves.
The counters themselves should measure 2"x3" and are designed for company/division level of play with each counter representing a company of tanks or a platoon of infantry. Based the idea of Hearts of Iron 2 and they are primarily for introducing new players to the game and solo play before spending your pennies on some proper miniatures. Currently only a few of the major countries are made so far but plan on doing the entire list from both books and maybe Future War Commander when I get that, in, er, the future!
