Let's say a unit with stabilization is ordered to move and will fire as part of that order.

An enemy unit wishes to take opportunity fire at the unit. When does the opportunity fire happen in relation to the movement/fire of the tank?

It says that opportunity fire happens after the enemy fires, but what if the unit is moving an is firing as part of that movement? Would the opportunity fire happen first?

The way I read this (which could be completely wrong) the order was a move order so the opportunity fire happens first. If the order were a fire order, then the opportunity fire would happen after the attack.

Thanks for helping me understand this better.

You are correct in that the op fire happens first if it's a move action and second, if it's a fire action. So for the fire and move action, the op fire would happen after the unit had fired, whereas for the move then fire action, the op fire can happen at any point during the movement OR after the target unit has fired.
