Tactical Doctrine
• Rigid tactical doctrine (15cm initiative distance; +1 to the CV if all units under command carry out the same action)
Special Rules
• Tech Level: Contemporary
• Air Superiority: +1 modifier to die roll
• Commanders may be carried in AT-ATs with Storm Troopers – as such Commanders will not move independently until they dismount
Note 1. Command Unit : (Commander Vader)
• May be transported in the AT-AT – moves at same speed & at same time – does not take up carrying capacity
Note 2. Recce Unit (Probot)
• Counts as Infantry for movement purposes
Note 3. Infantry Unit (Snow/Storm Troops)
• Elite: No command penalty for assaulting the enemy and deduct one die when rolling for suppression/fall-back
Note 4. Support Unit (Infantry Tri-pod Blaster)
• Deploy: Need to carry out a deploy action between moving and firing, and firing then moving
• Stubborn: Do not roll for fall-back and will not retreat in close assault
• Takes up one Infantry transport space
Note 5. Walker Unit (All Terrain Armoured Transport: AT-AT)
• Hyper-Velocity Penetrator (Primary weapon system): The save value of the target unit is reduced by one
• Secondary Weapon System: 6/120# attacks against all relevant targets
• Split Fire (Primary weapon system): May split attacks equally between two targets provided they are within 5cm of one another
• Secondary Weapon System also AA capable
• Elite: No command penalty for assaulting the enemy and deduct one die when rolling for suppression/fall-back
• Stubborn: Do not roll for fall-back and will not retreat in close assault
• Carrying capacity of 12 spaces (Infantry , Grav Bikes + Command only: Inf on foot & Infantry Tri-pod Blaster = 1 space + Grav Bikes = 2 spaces – Command does not take up any spaces but only 1 can be carried)
Summary
• Breakpoint 12
• 1,995 points spent of 2000 points available (2000 points selected)
• Deduct 5 points from your casualty points at the end of the game
We were playing that Rigid Command meant that the Commanders (other than the CO) could only command troops in their original formations - which seemed reasonable to me)
The suppression on a +4 for the AT-AT makes it vulnerable once its shields are down. A D:6 is probably more realistic - IMHO
I will do the photoshoot soon
