Check out this great little miniatures company, Troublemaker Games as they are doing a crowdfunded plastic 6mm infantry/vehicle sprue as we speak that may be very useful to certain collectors.

Funding is going well and they have several ideas to improve on the finished sprue content if stretch goals are reached.

Anyway the steampunk Timeline 300 10mm range was not what i was refering to in my post sorry, i should have been clearer.

TG are crowdfunding a 6mm plastic human/green skin sprue to help fill the void by the demise of a certain well known range of figures.

The campaign is on the indiegogo.com site, there is a direct link to this campaign on the Tabletop Gaming News site attached to the Troublemaker Games ad.

I think this sprue will be a useful source for those wanting to get into a certain grimdark universe cheaply and make a good starter set for new players. They also plan an accompanying metal range to go with it.

That indiegogo looks quite nice, but shame about the same pose. Still, it's not a bad price for some very decent looking not-Orks & not-Guard.

I like the round bases

Plans for further poses, heavy weapon guys, officers etc.

These will be added with the stretch goals, the more support the greater the variety.

Worth keeping an eye on then! I could use some not-Ork field guns. Have half a mind to kit bash some 25pdrs & Bofors guns but never actually gotten round to it

They have plans for a range of metal releases to go with the plastics, some items already designed i believe field guns amongst them. Also tanks, walkers and additional metal infantry types.

Round bases may be seperated from the sprue to allow for more figures.

Initial funding target has been reached. Stretch goals and a new metal addition added.

Less than £400 to go to unlock the advanced sprue with extra models and seperate bases. They are doing well.

For those who are interested.

The project is going well. First stretch goal achieved and the seconds almost there.

So we now have more models on the sprue, seperate bases sprue and four metal additions to the range. Love those grimdark tanks.

Next up will probably be additional infantry poses to add more variety to the basic sprue.

Just one week left on this project. They have tripled the original funding goal and have some great new models to be released.

All orders over the £6000 level are contributing towards additional poses on the sprue, and you can now get the aliens or humans half of the sprue seperately if you just want one army.

This initial wave of releases is just the beginning of the planned range with metal mechanicum style forces due soon.

Yes £10k+ and still some time left it's certainly taken off over the last 36 hours. Great news for all investers due to extra freebies and hopefully more to come.
