What level of detail do you want? BKC tracks hits each turn, and whether or not a stand is suppressed but doesn't look at ammo supply, ammo types, damage to individual tanks or components. Basically a stand is either fine, has taken hits but is still capable of fighting effectively, is suppressed and not functional but will recover if left alone, or is dead
AFVs (and ATGs, and infantry AT weapons) have a range in cm's (20m's to the cm) and a number of dice for attacking. Each has a save value and tries to roll that to reduce hits taken, and a hits value that if reached/exceeded means its dead (rendered combat ineffective).
