Hello everyone,

I have recently bought BKC2 and am in love. The system is great and the army lists are very detailed. The only thing that I am stuck on is that I want to play at the level where 1 stand = 1 squad, vehicle or gun. I have read a few suggestions on the forums already but I was hoping to get suggestions on a few specific questions.

1. What level would the CO and HQ be? I was thinking Company and platoon?

2. What would the ground scale be changed to. In the rulebook it says that the game can be played at 1cm = 20m or 1cm = 10m without changing anything else. I dont think I understand this... Why would weapon ranges be shorter at a smaller scale? Maybe I missed something.

3. Would Infantry Support units each represent one weapon team firing one weapon?

4: Does anybody here on the forums reside in MN and/or go to Source C&G?

I guess my main goal is to scale the game down to the scale of Micro Squad: The Game by GHQ and then recreat the army lists for BKC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Zachary

Thank you for the quick response Pete. At this scale do you think it would be necessary to come up with stats for lighter mortars such as the American 60mm? I plan on playing some (loosely) converted ASL scenarios and thought this may come up as an issue. Thanks again.

If you search the forum you should find some ideas on light mortars. Some have come up with suggested stats or alternatively use medium mortar stats for light and heavy for medium.
