Posted on 30 July 2010 at 10:58:30 GMT Hi Pete, can you just clarify something about on-board arty. 1. If it's firing straight at a tank in the open, it needs a 4+ to hit using AT. 2. If firing at a tank that it can't actually see (indirect) then it needs 6's using AP (as per normal off-table arty). 3. Firing direct OR indirect against infantry it uses AP and the relevent to-hit score (4-6 depending on cover). Is that right? Just checking. cheers John |

Posted on 25 February 2017 at 21:09:33 GMT Just re-reading a number of threads after having played several games. There is no "dead zone" or minimum range for infantry guns (or on-board) artillery in the indirect fire mode. The only minimum ranges are for mortars -- 10cm for mediums and 20cm for heavies. In the game we just played last Saturday, our artillery used indirect fire only when the target wasn't visible to the guns. If the target was visible, then they used direct fire, either AP or At depending on the target. http://colcampbellbarracks.blogspot.com/20... Jim |

Posted on 13 December 2017 at 00:22:40 GMT We came back to BKC2 after not playing for awhile and came up with a query for Indirect Fire by infantry guns. Do they have a range or are they able to fire all over the table? In the rules it says that the target must be within range but does this include indirect fire? |
