Other than deviation, are there any other minus for firing a Wespe, Hummel and a Maulier 42 together. Are these classed as 2 Batteries or can they be combined to be a single battery?

I think you can combine Wespe and Hummel but not maultier, if it's a multi-rockets launcher.

my guess would be that, as there's only one rocket artillery piece there, you just roll the normal CV (8 including self-propelled bonus) to try and get all 3 units to fire, as normal. Assuming you get a successful command roll, you then do 2 separate lots of scatter from the aiming point.
