Irregular probabaly have something which will do it, although cant remember where yo should look - other than 15mm section.

The old Mighty Armies 15mm fantasy range had reindeer drawn chariots in the Barbarian army list. I might have one or two buried deep in a cupboard somewhere. I'll take a look tonight.

Carve your own antler and stick them on horses?

I found the two unpainted ones I mentioned earlier but they are fairly large - 20mm to the top of their head and 30mm to the top of the antlers. They're yours if you want them. Free to a good home.
