Nice bat rep DaveSmile I too have found out the hard way that tanks assaulting infantry can go a bit pear shaped...

Thanks Dave...I really do need to get more scenery sorted really - it seems to be the thing that we all kind-of scrimp on, even when we've gone to huge amounts of effort in getting our armies painted Confused

We rebased some of normandy stuff for the the winter games, but then skinnedpuppy just remember a bocage kit we went halves on about 2 years ago! But we still need some more buildings.

What scale is that?
And
What size templates are you using for arty and how many units of arty?

How long was the game in hours?

Do you have a rough TOE?

Thank for the great report.

10mm

The standard ones from the book - I had 3 units and the Germans had 6

5 hours which is the longest of any game of BKC we've ever played.

My force was basically one inf battalion at 1:4 ration, two troops of Shermans at the same scale, and some odds and sods thrown in the 17pdr ATGs. The Germans were a Stugg brigade, but I'm not sure about what he based the heavier stuff on.

Cheers
